Job Overview:
Bambolina’s is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy, and creative Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service:

5.Store Maintenance:
•Keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing.
•Assist in creating and updating product displays and merchandising layouts.
6.Team Collaboration:
•Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
•Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
•Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance store operations.
Qualifications:
•Experience with Shopify Point of Sale (POS) is highly preferred.

Breast Care Specialist
Job Descriptions -Clinical Breast Care Specialist
Breast Care Specialists are responsible for providing breast cancer survivors with post-surgical product consultations and fitting services and administrative tasks including chart updates and data entry. This is a unique position at a unique organization. Given this, we provide on the job training.
The ideal candidate will have a love of helping others and an appreciation for impactful, fulfilling work. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Breast Care Specialists report directly to our CEO.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• High school diploma or GED accepted
• Medical field and/or social work experience preferred
• Mastectomy Fitter: 1 year of experience preferred; however, training is available to eligible candidates
• Mastectomy Fitter Certification (CFM) (may be obtained upon completion of 250 paid
training hours)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; prior experience with POS (Square POS)
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record use and implementation, particularly using RXNT
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Post-Mastectomy Consultation & Fitting Services
o Works with referring medical professionals regarding patient needs o Provides consultation and fitting services to patients for bras, breast prosthesis, post-surgical camisoles, and lymphedema garments o Documents patient conditions and medical necessity of products o Comprehensive knowledge of product care
• Product Knowledge and Inventory Management
o Familiarity with products and vendor sources
o Understanding of computerized ordering system for patient purchases, stock receiving, and creating special orders, and ensuring
inventory accuracy
o Participation in annual physical inventory
• Computer Competency Requirements
o Ability to enter comprehensive client information into POS system and Elevtronic Health Records system using RXNT for clinical application
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION
$20 -$23 per hour during training period with increase upon completing Breast Cancer Fitter certification (CFM). We do not offer benefits at this time other than federally mandated PTO (paid time off) and merchandise discounts,
